Anytime Fitness Clearwater is seeking a Part Time Assistant that is a highly SELF motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Industry experience is preferred, but first rate people skills and self-motivated work ethics are a must! Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different. Personal Training certification and experience is also a plus. Responsibilities Be comfortable doing face to face sales, calling/emailing/texting prospects Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged Enjoy marketing and have a good understanding of how to use social media Ensure an exceptional membership experience by maintaining club cleanliness Qualifications Must be personable, professional, and have excellent communication skills Strong desire to learn Basic Computer knowledge Self-motivated and accountable Passionate about fitness Working Friday and Saturday is a must Be open to flexible hours Gym sales experience is a plus · Position is part-time with 20 hours minimum, evening and weekend.
