THE ROLE:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Concierge to join our dedicated team. Passionate about hospitality and committed to providing exceptional service, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and effortless. You'll guide guests in finding everything they need for a memorable experience, from dining reservations and entertainment options to transportation and shopping recommendations. Your extensive knowledge of hotel services, local events, venues, and the city of Chicago will be invaluable. This role offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversations, fulfill special requests, and create personalized experiences. Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of previous experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar hospitality role.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.

• Refined communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Familiarity with local attractions, dining, and cultural venues.

• Must be able to make dining, entertainment, and transportation recommendations

• Open availability required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
