Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire on a Corporate Recruiter for a large manufacturing company in the Charlotte, NC area. Right now this role will be hybrid onsite. Ideally we are looking for an experienced recruiter who knows how the manage the below tasks:

• Manage a high volume of open positions with a lot of moving parts

• Sourcing candidates for salary positions across the US

• Scheduling interviews

• Interviewing candidates for corporate and manufacturing positions

• UKG applicant tracking system

• 10% domestic travel for campus recruiting

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 total years of recruiting experience with at least 2 of those in corporate recruiting

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Experience working within recruiting websites and platforms (LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc)

• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates

• Ability to use Excel spreadsheets for candidate tracking

• Experience recruiting on manufacturing, IT and corporate skillsets null
