Job Summary:

The EMS & Education Recruiter plays a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts, focusing on identifying and attracting qualified candidates. This role involves actively promoting opportunities to join LifeLine Ambulance as well as recruiting students for enrollment in our EMT program at Life EMS Academy. The recruiter effectively engages with fire departments and medical facilities to encourage enrollment in AHA classes and our EMT program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent LifeLine Ambulance at job/career fairs, emphasizing opportunities within the organization and recruiting for enrollment in our EMT program at Life EMS Academy.

• Attend EMT graduations to showcase career paths within LifeLine Ambulance and opportunities for further education at Life EMS Academy.

• Engage with doctor's offices, medical facilities, and hospitals to promote AHA classes and actively recruit individuals interested in pursuing a career in emergency medical services.

• Must be outgoing and motivated to sell our brands.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.

• Reliable transportation.

• Flexible availability to attend events outside standard working hours.

  Desired Abilities and Skills:

• Proficiency with social media platforms and their utility in recruitment efforts.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Assist in the identification of potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.

• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
