Philips Senior National Life Solutions Program Manager - Precision Diagnosis (Hybrid Hub Based: Nashville, Cambridge, Bothell) in Cambridge, Massachusetts

As a Senior National Life Solutions Program Manager for the Philips Precision Diagnosis (PD) business, you play a key role in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to achieve significant billable revenue. You will contribute to a program that enables Field Service Engineers to offer a wide range of services and solutions to customers, effectively addressing their needs and driving commercial success.

Your role:

  • Identifying and developing products, solutions, and services (sourced internally or through external vendors); creating, negotiating, and implementing strategic, tactical initiatives and programs to meet or exceed revenue goals.

  • Interfacing with the zones to train and deliver offerings to the field service organization, utilizing a portfolio of sales tools in Salesforce (Life Solutions catalog, targets tool, quoting, and activity tracker).

  • Providing program direction, training, and ongoing support to the field service teams – sharing best practices, assessing program strengths and weaknesses, developing plans for continuous improvement, and driving a culture change as solutions providers.

  • Capturing customer insights, predicting future needs, and maintaining knowledge of market conditions; working cross functionally to develop new product introductions (NPIs) that solve customer needs.

  • Forecasting sales projections and providing tools/resources to meet sales targets; working with marketing teams to develop and launch promotional activities; maintain and optimize Special Promotion Incentive for Field Force (SPIFF) and Global Purchasing Organization (GPO) fee strategy.

  • Identifying, defining, and negotiating third-party vendor specifications and pricing, managing and driving product and supplier relationships in coordination with the procurement organization (commodity management, supplier strategy, business review feedback).

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in program management, developing business growth strategies, healthcare services and solutions delivery, marketing/sales development, or related field.

  • Your skills include experience with ServiceMax, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Project, Visio, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

  • You have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience). MBA preferred.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Ability to:

  • Travel for business (air/train/bus), up to 50% across North America.

  • Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting.

  • You have excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills; excellent analytical, organization, and time management skills; effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, training, group facilitation, and ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.

Philips Transparency Details

The annual pay range for this position is $102,000 to $196,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
