Job Purpose

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst for the R360 Canada head office in Calgary. The Accounts Receivable Analyst completes the day to day collections process. This includes Electronic Data Interchange (“EDI”) uploads/entry, customer statement releases, overdue invoice calls, account credit payout recommendation and oversight on changes to the underlying accounting system.

• EDI Customer Invoice Entry and Maintenance

• Mediate Collection Communications

• Progress Current Accounts Receivable Processes

Qualifications/Competencies

The individual in this role will have:

• A minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, and attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines

• High level of integrity and business acumen, including the responsibility to maintain confidentiality of external customer information

The following are considered assets in this role:

• Certificate or diploma in business administration, accounting, or a related area. Equivalent experience will be considered

• Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is an asset
