One Family.PURPOSE STATEMENT The Ecommerce Sales Analyst, provides analysis/reporting/governance and support to the ecommerce sales and marketing organization to better position to the division to deliver against their financial and volume targets.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES Support business in accordance with eCommerce team strategic and financial goals (milestones and margin/volume growth).Collaborate with cross-functional teams around the launch, execution and measurement of digital campaigns and new product launches.Support the sales team with presentation decks, assembling and shipping of samples and product setup on customer portals.Responsible for setting up new Rich's products on various marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Walmart and Costco).Go to SME for resolving any setup issues with Marketplaces and leading all interactions with Marketplace customers.Work with the Sales and Marketing Leadership team and Digital Demand Creation team to digital shelf continuous improvement plans for all ecommerce customers.Ensure effective and consistent messaging around system requirements and sales process in Salesforce to the sales team.Work with sales leadership to identify strategic KPI's to track against target within CRM, SDS and other internal reporting tools.Coordinate and manage monthly governance IBP meetings (analyze, collect, process and prep for review) on established trackable metrics.Governance and maintenance of Customer Hierarchy/Account updates.Provide ad hoc analysis and monthly sales tracking to finance team and other internal or external stakeholders.Monitor and communicate competitive activities.Develop and foster business building relationships with Rich's key contacts as well as sales team to ensure team objectives are met.Systems Support (CRM, G2, PowerBi).KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree required (in business management, finance, economics or marketing preferred) with 1+ years professional work experience working in sales, marketing or an analytical discipline Demonstrated ability in supporting teams and projects; strong technical, report running andanalytical abilities Familiar with various Marketplaces and selling as 3P (e.g. Amazon, Walmart and Costco) Self-disciplined, impeccably organized, and independently reliable Solid written and verbal communication skills to include strong presentation skills Skilled in adapting to pace of sales, managing change and prioritizing Strong PC proficiency to include comprehensive Microsoft Office software competency including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Intermediate Excel user (experience in SAP, Sales Force CRM, SDS and Blacksmith a plus); PowerBi preferred #CORP123 #LI-RT1COMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
