Home Care - Recruiting Coordinator – Bilingual

Preferred Home Care of New York serving the NY Metropolitan area including Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties, is seeking an experienced , Recruiting Coordinator for our Brooklyn Corporate Office who is a strong communicator, pays extremes attention to detail and is committed to excellence in customer service.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible recruiting HHA’s S/he will provide full life cycle recruiting including sourcing resumes, screening, phone interviewing. The recruiting coordinator processes applications and serves as the intermediate liaison between applicants and our onboarding team. The recruiting coordinator will utilize relationship building skills, the Preferred Applicant Tracking System, and professionalism to screen our diverse pool of candidates to support the onboarding of Home Health Aides. The chosen candidate will enjoy working independently as well being a part of a dynamic supportive recruiting team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Recruiting HHA’s experience is preferred not required

  • Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships

  • Ability to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers

  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations and procedures to develop effective solutions
