Job Description

1. Leading a team of analysts and developers to design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.

2. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights and data visualizations.

3. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Power BI best practices and methodologies.

4. Overseeing the end-to-end development lifecycle, including data extraction, transformation, modeling, and visualization.

5. Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security within Power BI solutions.

6. Monitoring performance and optimizing Power BI reports and queries for efficiency.

7. Conducting regular training sessions to enhance team members' Power BI skills and expertise.

8. Keeping up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry trends to continually improve processes and solutions.

9. Collaborating with other teams, such as IT and business units, to integrate Power BI solutions into broader organizational initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

Hybrid onsite 3 days per week

8-10 years of experience Power BI experience

Able to drive and report on projects quickly, very fast paced.

Experience managing a team (they will be managing a team of 4-5 team members)

HR Data experience null
