Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Steel Arkansas is seeking applicants for the position of Production Supervisor for our Melt Shop.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a production team while establishing a culture of safety awareness, team development, quality production, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

• 5 years of steelmaking manufacturing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Melt Shop LMF Production Experience
