Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automation solutions across multiple cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.

  • Develop automation strategies to streamline governance processes within SAP environments.

  • Work with development teams to integrate automation workflows into the CI/CD pipeline.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on cloud best practices and optimization strategies.

  • Collaborate with partners to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Ensure alignment to governance policies and standards through automated checks and balances.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards and policies across automated processes.

The SAP Governance and Enablement is one of the pillars of our Digital Platforms department and plays a critical role in the success of our business. By proactively embracing the latest advancements in SAP technology aligned with Our Digital Platform principles and Data Security governance, we seek to be at the forefront of digital transformation, offering pioneering solutions that drive business success.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Between 2-5 years of experience in IT engineering with a focus on AWS/Azure technologies.

  • Proficiency in ITSM tools like ServiceNow for automating exception requests and other governance-related processes.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud services in AWS/Azure and hands-on knowledge on cloud arm template/deployment automation with JSON, Terraform, Ansible, etc.

  • Solid scripting skills in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash; with experience in any of the following programming languages: Java, node.js, Typescript, react, Ruby, or .NET.

  • Good knowledge in containerization technology such as Docker, Kubernetes, Novus etc.

  • Understanding of DevOps practices and the ability to integrate automation within CI/CD pipelines.

  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Below experience is nice to have, but not required:

  • Familiarity with SAP BTP and its integration with automation tools.

  • Knowledge of ABAP programming is desirable.

  • Exposure to SAP cloud offerings, such as BTP, S/4, BW.
