AIG Telemarketing - Training Manager in Bangkok, Thailand

Key Accountabilities

• Planning, developing and implementing strategy for staff training and development, establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development.• Assessing relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed. • Designing and implementing strategies TSRs Grade Improvement Training Program and design measurement method for the program. • Preparing and enhancing training materials in order to be abreast with current business requirement, market trending & contact center environment.• Monitoring, measuring and reporting on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. • Conducting periodic reviews of training materials and modules to monitor interactions analyze campaign and TSR statistics and provide feedback and recommendations. • Working closely with Outsourced Service Provider (OSP) to ensure Telemarketers/Supervisors acquire the Agent or Broker Licenses in the appropriate timeline (both getting new license or renew the license in the following years. • Managing and developing direct reporting staff and to liaise and all other parties concerned in resolving issues.• Working closely with Direct Marketing Team and OSP to organize all kind of activities to motivate Telemarketing team and maximize sales results including, daily, weekly, monthly activities and not limited to trip incentives.
