WTW Senior Retirement Consultant in Bangkok, Thailand

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Lead the business development for solutions and advisory projects of WTW’s Retirement in Thailand as well as taking a leading role in managing and delivering advisory projects related to retirement, provident fund, employee benefits, wealth and investment management for clients.

Business Development

  • Identify, segment, prioritize and pursue business opportunities in accordance with growth strategies for Retirement business in Thailand.

  • Build relationship and promote long-term partnership with new / potential clients.

  • Lead business development and marketing initiatives and efforts for Retirement business for products / solutions and advisory projects.

  • Oversee proposal development, pricing, pitching and bidding processes to win clients for Retirement business.

  • Monitor and enhance customer relationship management to build and grow relationships with prospects and clients.

  • Track, monitor and anlayze outcomes of business development and marketing initiatives using various interal systems and itools to meet business management requirements.

  • Represent WTW in relevant knowledge-sharing and speaking events to promote proper retirement practices for employees including financial well-being

  • Monitor required administrative processes related to business development, marketing and sales, including client database management.

Retirement Consulting

  • Approach prospects and clients to obtain requirements and present our value propositions and scope of work to address client advisory needs and win relevant projects.

  • Act as a project manager for advisory / consulting projects related to employee benefits, retirement and long-term benefits, financial wellbeing of employees and pension management and investment.

  • Support Head of Retirement in delivering other related advisory services of WTW.

  • Collaborate with other offices and lines of businesses to offer expertise, insight and information as required to support client deliveries.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, statistics, insurance, marketing, mathematics or engineering

  • 5-10 years of experience in consulting and / or retirement benefit (including provident fund / management preferrred.

  • Good knowledge of employee benefits consulting, retirement management, wealth management and investment.

  • Proper business knowledge, understanding of markets and clients and solid financial acumen.

  • Strong streategic sales skills with client focus and service mind as well as proven relationship-building skills with corporate clients.

  • Team player quality with the ability to collaborate, negotiate, compromise and influence team members and clients.

  • Ability to work with other lines of businesses and coordinate multi-disciplined teams involving associates from different practices and offices to help promote cross function collaboration and sales.

  • Ability to probe client requirements, iissues and challenges in a subtle manner.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills (Thai and English).

  • Professional appearance with confident, articulate, proactive, dynamic and polished presence.
