Logitech Pre Sales-Technical Manager – B2B, Thailand in Bangkok, Thailand

The Role:

  • This Pre Sales-Technical Manager is responsible for video collaboration (VC) & Personal Workspace (PW) product technical analysis during the sales process.

  • This position works closely with sales to design solutions and help the sales team, resellers and end users to understand and implement Logitech into VC/PW solutions.

  • This is a key position to support growth for the B2B category.

  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of AV, VC and UC categories is essential;

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.

  • The ability to work with customers, in a limited post sales role to help sales teams is also critical.

These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech. In this role you will:

  • Perform product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POC’s) with partners and potential customers.

  • Provide technical knowledge and present technical aspects of solutions during sales presentations to partners and potential customers via onsite and video conferencing.

  • Coordinate with sales team to identify customer’s technical requirements and provide corresponding solution.

  • Collaborate and co-work, whenever necessary/applicable, with various VC/PW solutions vendors

  • Communicate with sales teams, management and product development on competition & product enhancements.

  • Conduct quarterly webinars for our partners with regional counterparts for Technical Channels Academy

  • Conduct on-site technical bootcamp for partners as well as Pre-sales enablement training for new partners.

  • Identification and prioritization of technical issues and improvement activities

  • Be able to remotely support, guide, update presales based in Indonesia and Philippines

  • Maintaining and upkeep in country demo facilities to be ready for action.

  • Be a team player and work closely with internal and external to drive success.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Minimum of 5 years of technical experience, including 5 years in AV, UC or VC Environments.

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field.

  • Hands on experience in debugging, failure analysis and functional verification of modular components (video conferencing, camera, speaker, microphone, software) is a plus.

  • Superior communications skills.

  • Strong understanding in Teams, ZOOM, Google Meet, preferred.

  • English Literacy (Spoken / Written) Level – Intermediate or higher is a plus.

  • Ability to travel > 50% to partner & customer locations, include overseas when required.
