CVS Health Senior Analyst, Operations Strategy in Austin, Texas

Position Summary

As a Sr. Analyst on the Provider Engagement (PE) Strategy and Enablement team, you will support the design, strategy, and build of foundational application tools to support provider engagement functions. You will be tasked with developing a deep understanding of the business and business needs to ensure analytical requirements are accurately captured and communicated to PE teams and growth partners. This is a unique role that leverages the ability to combine business and technology acumen to operate as a leader and detail-oriented expert. The role will work closely with the leader of the ecosystem, product owners, and IT colleagues to facilitate a strong relationship to bring the vision and strategy to life through clear prioritization and value proposition. You will be accountable for supporting the development CRM user interface, resources such as HUB site, and security coordinator for PE teams .

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional work experience in IT and/or security coordination

  • 2+ years of analytical experience (Excel, SharePoint, PC troubleshooting knowledge, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Provider Engagement

  • Experience in the following software platforms - including but not limited to: CRM, Tableau, and Sharepoint

  • Possess strong overall working and hands-on knowledge of Health Plan applications

  • Demonstrated high level of integrity and independent judgement and initiative

  • Experience working with IT and Scrum methodology

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Curiosity to understand business and motivation to learn

  • Proven ability to support multi-faceted initiatives and use effective judgment in prioritization and time allocation

  • Demonstrated strong and effective high quality execution to meet deliverables and tasks in appropriate timelines

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills/techniques

  • Experience prioritizing work and communicating in a manner that is clear, logical, consistent, and effective

  • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work across business units within a complex organization

  • Innovative mindset and ability to work outside of established boundaries

  • Results oriented with ability to keep others on task to meet defined goals

  • Demonstrates flexibility to support rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities to meet changing business requirements; conveys strong sense of urgency to drive issues to closure

  • Possess ability to apply new innovative approaches to initiative delivery

Education

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
