We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, handling inbound inquiries, initiating targeted outbound activities, and following up on quoted solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer relationships and understand their needs.

  • Provide tailored solutions through consultative selling.

  • Track sales activities meticulously using CRM software.

  • Accurately enter Purchase Orders and communicate ship dates.

  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout order life cycles.

Qualifications:

  • Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

You'll manage inbound inquiries, kickstart outbound efforts aimed at specific markets, and follow up on quoted solutions from earlier engagements. Your effectiveness hinges on engaging customers, understanding their needs through probing questions, and guiding them through the sales journey. Consistently tracking activities via CRM software is crucial.

Additionally, you'll ensure accurate entry of Purchase Orders, professionally communicate estimated ship dates, and act as the main point of contact throughout the manufacturing life cycle of an order.
