This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced results-driven marketer who possesses the confidence and skills to collaborate and communicate across functions and levels, deliver the strategies, programs and assets that will most effectively drive new business in the large law firm market. The Large Law marketing manager will develop account-based campaigns, leveraging customer research, sales team input and product fit to canvas firms with awareness and lead-building KPIs. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with a strategic approach who can roll their sleeves up to create messaging and programs that will fuel a growing business in the legal AI industry.

BRING YOUR PASSION AND EXPERTISE:

  • Product & Customer Immersion : Quickly achieve product knowledge and command of customer personas in the Large Law segment.

  • Positioning and Messaging : Gather information about target personas and products to develop compelling messaging and creative. Develop strategic A/B tests to validate insights and improve performance.

  • Campaigns : As a digital marketer, you’ll develop strategy and tactics for account-based campaigns, including building emails, web pages, thought leadership, case studies, paid social media; influencing funnel conversion across the customer journey. You will develop personalized campaigns for lawyers, building awareness and intrigue for a strong hand-off to a high-functioning sales team. Learn how to leverage output from products in the LN portfolio to demonstrate how they address pain points and create value for prospects. Ensure close alignment with sales goals by working closely with Sales colleagues.

  • Product Onboarding : Plan, communicate, and deliver product onboarding of Lexis+ and Lexis+ AI to ensure active use, engagement and retention goals. Validate framework, develop assets and nurture sequence. Continually update and improve process, collaborating with product marketing, segment management and sales enablement teams.

  • Analyze the marketing funnel, channel mix and customer segmentation to formulate ideas and approaches to optimize cost-effective pipeline acceleration.

  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional writing skills a must.

  • B2B experience required; B.A. in Marketing, Communications, English or related discipline required.

  • Juris Doctor or legal industry experience a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Pardot or other marketing automation tool.

  • Familiarity with agile marketing preferred.

  • Must be comfortable making data-driven decisions and reporting results.

  • Growth mindset and looking to engage with colleagues on new ideas as we lead in the legal AI market.

  • This position is home-based anywhere in the US or office based in NYC
