Payment Poster

Description:

• The Payment Poster will possess experience on the insurance side of payment posting, with high volume and high dollar charges.

• Accurately posts third party payments, adjustments, denials, and patient payments within department mandated time frames.

• Validates patient payments collected by clinics for prompt posting.

• Accurately posts corrective entries within department mandated time frames.

• Maintains accurate, clear, concise, and complete account notes and other relevant information.

• Identifies, resolves and escalates major issues and service failures that impede success.

• Analyzes third-party payments, adjustments, and denials for appropriateness raising concerns and/or questions in a timely manner so that further reimbursement analysis may be initiated

HYBRID after 1 month of training

6 month contract to HIRE

**MUST have experience with EOBs, otherwise open to experience & willing to train the right person!
